Sales & Marketing Executive (Urgently Hiring)
Job Scope :
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure everything flows seamlessly from order to delivery.
- Stay on top of customer needs by following up on inquiries, pricing updates, and delivery timelines.
- Keep our sales documentation—preparing quotations, tenders, invoices, and records—neat, organized, and up-to-date.
- Maintain and update our customer database to support smarter sales decisions.
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep everything on track.
- Visit customer locations to demonstrate the impressive range of our products.
- Create compelling tender documents and customer proposals, while preparing insightful sales reports and meeting ambitious sales targets.
Minimum Requirements :
- A Degree in Science or Engineering or Business & Marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales related role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Own transport and a willingness to travel. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Technician (Urgently Hiring)
Job Scope :
- Installation and commissioning our technical training equipment supplied by the company.
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspection.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to identify and resolve problems
- Performing repairs and replacements to keep equipment functioning at optimal levels
- Documenting all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to equipment management
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Minimum Requirements :
- The candidate whom graduate from IKM, KKTM, IKBN, Politeknik, Kolej Vocational or equivalent technical qualifications or a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Technician in the Trades & Services industry.
- Strong electrical & electronic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining meticulous records
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driving license and the ability to travel to different sites as required
- Able to speak and understand Malay and English.
