IV. Description of main hardware device parameters
4.1, experiment box
(1) Overall size: ≥580mm×370mm×250mm;
(2) Use fireproof fabric, ≥4mm MDF, inner lining ≥4mm black EVA, bottom ≥12mm
plywood;
(3) Hardware: 4PCS small butterfly lock, 2PCS small invisible handle, square corners,
4PCS rubber particles, L aluminum strip in the box.
(4) Installation backplane: an independent electrical installation board on which the
terminal blocks of various sensor modules and input and output control points are
integrated. It can be installed independently, easily disassembled, and the overall layout is
reasonable. At the same time, all I/O control points are led out to a special terminal block,
which is convenient for students to connect and operate.

4.3. Four-workpiece turntable module
(1) Turntable diameter ≤75MM, workpiece diameter ≥12MM, height ≥25MM;

(3) The four workpieces are made of 3 materials and two colors, which are black and
white plastic guide posts, aluminum guide posts, and magnetic guide posts.
4.4, constant temperature control module
(1) The heating tube is heated by a safe voltage of 24V/25W, with radiating fins as natural
cooling, 24V DC fan as forced cooling, PT100 thermal resistance, K-type thermocouple as

sensing elements, and 60℃ temperature protection switch. Closed-loop system, which
can be combined with PLC and SCM to complete PID constant temperature control
experiment;
(2) At the same time, it has K-type thermocouple and PT100 thermal resistance
temperature sensor to collect temperature;
(3) With the over-temperature power-off protection function, the module can control the
temperature to 25 ~ 65℃, and the over-temperature power-off protection is turned on
when the temperature exceeds 65℃ to prevent burns;
(4) It has a cooling fan, which can quickly cool the heating module;
(5) It can coordinate with single-chip microcomputer and PLC to adjust PID constant
temperature;
(6) The heating element adopts a heating tube with a rated voltage of 24V, which is safe
and reliable. The voltage at both ends of the heating tube is controlled by the analog input
value of 0~10V, and its voltage varies linearly between 0~24V, and the output power of
the heater can be adjusted. When the set temperature is high and the natural convection
is not enough to offset the thermal inertia, it can be cooled by turning on the DC fan to
achieve a good constant temperature effect.

single-chip computer. Through program conversion, calculate and convert the weight of
the weight to be measured.

(7) Composed of oscillator, switch circuit and amplifier output circuit. The oscillator
generates an alternating magnetic field. When the metal target approaches this magnetic
field and reaches the sensing distance, an eddy current is generated in the metal target,
which causes the oscillation to decay until it stops. The two states of oscillator oscillation
and stop oscillation are processed by the post-amplifier circuit and converted into
switching signals, which trigger the drive control device to achieve the purpose of
non-contact detection.
